The team from Section 20 is dispatched to Bangkok, Thailand, to rescue Chloe Foster, the daughter of the British ambassador and a longtime friend of Phillip Locke. Upon arriving at the compound where Chloe is being held, they unfortunately discover that the kidnappers have already escaped with her. Identifying the lead kidnapper as Ray McQueen, Michael Stonebridge, Damien Scott, and Julia Richmond track him to a nightclub, where they successfully plant a tracker on him. However, McQueen soon becomes aware of their pursuit and attempts to escape once more, simultaneously contacting Robin Foster to deliver an armed bomb to the embassy where he is negotiating with the North Koreans. With only fifteen minutes left, Scott and Stonebridge must locate McQueen and confront a local gang. In the end, they manage to rescue Chloe and apprehend McQueen, but despite their efforts, Locke fails to prevent Foster from detonating the bomb, resulting in Foster's death along with a North Korean general.
